Novapress® 880 combines excellent adaptability to flange unevenness with exceptional mechanical stability. Thus it fits the sealing category requested by the VDI 2290 and TA Luft directives even in the case of low surface pressure levels - whether deep holes are applied or not. Thanks to exceptional gasket parameters according to DIN EN 13555 it is possible to achieve a technically effective gasket design for flange calculation according to DIN EN 1591-1, which also includes all tightening tolerances related to the system.
As the first soft gasket for Industry 4.0, novapress® 880 has an innovative Gasket Code Technology standard, which ensures the identification of materials that are reliable and unique - including the production period - even from the smallest gasket dimensions.
